The Biblically connected community grows!
Lots of new projects from different people! Let's get connected.
Hi everyone!
This week I hopped on a call with Abe Peters to discuss Biblekasten/Bible knowledge management (which name do you prefer? Leave a comment.) which he will hopefully share soon.
It was great fun and I'm excited to take part in and host more discussions as this community continues to grow. In fact, there are a couple of new digital communities you might be interested in!
Abe's Biblekasten community
Abe Peters has set up a Biblekasten themed community over on Matrix (an open source alternative to discord).
Hop on in!
Navigators discord
Joschua has set up the Navigators discord group for Christians who want to nerd out and pursue Christlikeness. Head on over and join the conversation

The Biblekasten starter kit v.2
I've updated the Obsidian Biblekasten/Bible knowledge management starter kit (but I'm keeping version 1 around as I've made some controversial decisions.) You can watch the walk through here.
The new kit drops the inbox, adds some extra folder organization and adds a few new templates to help you create certain types of notes.
Feel free to give it a whirl.
Timeblocking in obsidian
Mike Schmitz shares how he does timeblocking in obsidian using a couple of plugins. I've used the timeblocking productivity method in the past and still employee it to some degree now. I don't really believe I want to track that in Obsidian (I prefer a piece of paper next to me) but I can see some benefits to it.
